The Society for Mathematical Psychology promotes the advancement and communication of research in mathematical psychology and related disciplines. Mathematical psychology is broadly defined to include work of a theoretical character that uses mathematical methods, formal logic, or computer simulation. The Society journal is the Journal of Mathematical Psychology.

52nd annual edwards bayesian research conference

The 52nd Annual Edwards Bayesian Research Conference will be held February 13-15, 2014 on the campus of CSU Fullerton, California. Presentations at this conference may come from any area related to judgment and decision making and are NOT limited to Bayes theorem or Bayesian statistics. Submissions are due by January 6.

Postdoc Position on Network Modeling

Francis Tuerlinckx (KU Leuven, Belgium) and Denny Borsboom (University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands) have a joint postdoctoral position in the Research Group of Quantitative Psychology and Individual Differences at KU Leuven. The research of the postdoc will be part of a larger program aimed at developing and applying methods for network analysis in psychology and psychopathology.
