The Society for Mathematical Psychology promotes the advancement and communication of research in mathematical psychology and related disciplines. Mathematical psychology is broadly defined to include work of a theoretical character that uses mathematical methods, formal logic, or computer simulation. The official journals of the society are Journal of Mathematical Psychology and Computational Brain & Behavior.

AMPC 2018

The Australian Mathematical Psychology Conference will be held in Perth next year from 13-15th February 2018. The current plan is that we have workshops on the 13th followed by the conference on the 14th and 15th of February.  We will keep the website up-to-date with information on how to register and submit an abstract, so please check back for updates.

2018 FABBS Early Career Impact Award

The Society for Mathematical Psychology is soliciting nominations for the FABBS Early Career Impact Award. Nominations are encouraged for individuals who have made outstanding research contributions, especially those who have also increased awareness of science through outreach activities to the public or communication with the media.
