About Virtual MathPsych/ICCM 2025

The Society remains committed to enabling our global community to connect and share scientific advances regardless of access and ability to travel.

Virtual MathPsych/ICCM (VMP) 2025 will take place from June 16-20, 2025 on mathpsych.org. As in recent years, this conference is a separate event and conference to the in-person MathPsych/ICCM meeting.

This year we will adjust our process. VMP will feature a program of live virtual talks (short and long format) during the week of the conference. The official week of the conference will be June 16-20, 2025.  We will record the talks and Q&A during each session. Following the talks, we will post the recordings paired with a discussion board that persist beyond the live sessions.

Much of the conference will be and remain visible to the public for non-interactive viewing. Certain research presentations and recordings of live sessions will be accessible to registered participants only. Visitors are invited to peruse the Conference Guide.

Submission instructions

Like last year, the timeline for submissions to virtual and in-person MathPsych/ICCM is identical. More details on submitting to both meetings will be shared in the Call for Submissions.

These deadlines will be final. There will be no extensions.

2025 Virtual SMP/ICCM Submissions timeline:
  • Submission Period Open: December 15, 2024 (Friday)
  • Submission Period Ends: February 28, 2025 (Friday)
  • Review Period Starts: March 7, 2025 (Friday)
  • Review Period Ends: April 7, 2025 (Tuesday)
  • Registration Opens: April 15, 2025 (Tuesday)
  • Synchronous Live talks for VMP: June 16-20, 2025
  • Recordings from VMP/ICCM available for viewing: Tentatively July 1, 2025
