Invitation to Contribute: Special Issue on “Dynamic Models of Group Decision Making” in Entropy (ISSN 1099-4300, IF: 2.0, CiteScore 5.2)
We would like to invite you to contribute to the Special Issue “Dynamic Models of Group Decision Making” in Entropy(ISSN 1099-4300, IF: 2.0, CiteScore 5.2), where Akash Kumar and Jerome Busemeyer are serving as Guest Editors.
The Special Issue welcomes contributions using all forms of probabilistic dynamic systems, including neural network models, Markov models, statistical physics models, and recent applications of quantum models to group decision making.Topics include but are not limited to:
- dynamic group decisions
- agent based models
- social network models
- neural network models
- complex systems models
- linear and nonlinear system models
- Markov diffusion models
- statistical physics models
- quantum dynamic models
- systems based on non-commutative logic

Entropy is a fully open-access journal indexed within Scopus, SCIE and other databases. Manuscripts are peer-reviewed, and a first decision is provided to the authors approximately 22 days after submission. An article processing charge (APC) of 2600 CHF currently applies to accepted papers. If you need any support, please feel free to let us know.
The submission deadline is 30 June 2026. You may send your manuscript now or up until the deadline. An extension is fine if you need more time. Submitted papers should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We also encourage authors to send a short abstract or tentative title to the Editorial Office (entropy@mdpi.com) or the Assistant Editor (in cc, shirly.xu@mdpi.com) in advance.
