University of Amsterdam Team Wins Outstanding Paper Award

The University of Amsterdam Department of Psychology team led by Niek Stevenson win the 2024 Computational Brain & Behavior Outstanding Paper Award.

Niek Stevenson, Reilly Innes, Russell Boag, Steven Miletić, Scott Isherwood, Anne Trutti, Andrew Heathcote and Birte Forstmann were presented with the prestigious Society for Mathematical Psychology 2024 Computational Brain & Behavior Outstanding Paper Award on July 21, 2024. This award is given to the paper selected as most outstanding from those published in the journal Computational Brain & Behavior in the prior three years.

The winning team are all members of the Integrative Modeling-based Cognitive Neuroscience Research Unit. Lead author Niek Stevenson is a PhD student, as is Scott Isherwood. Reilly Innes, Russell Boag, and Anne Trutti are postdoctoral researchers with the group; Steven Miletić is a research scientist in the group. Dr Andrew Heathcote is Conjoint Professor of Psychology at the University of Newcastle (Australia) and Révész Visiting Professor at the University of Amsterdam. Birte Forstmann is full professor of cognitive neuroscience and honorary group lead for the IMCN group.
