Achieving a harmonious work-life balance in academia is a challenge faced by professionals across all career stages. In this two-hour workshop, we will discuss practical strategies to manage academic responsibilities while nurturing personal well-being. We plan group exercises as well as group discussions to ensure that we can all learn from each others successes and failures in managing time and the pressures from work.
